Volunteers are very important to Get Real Training, and there are plenty of ways in which you can support our work.

TRAINEES: People with a background in visual media are most welcome to provide trainings here in Tanzania, whether at our own training center, or for our clients on location.

INTERNSHIPS: We also have opportunities for people with a back-ground in social sciences, international development or communication. Skills such as fundraising, proposal writing and project development are especially valuable to us. In 2013 we will start an official intern programme that offers placements for a min. of 3 months up to a year of hands on experience working in a busy start-up environment, directly assisting the executive director with daily organisational, administrative and communications duties.
