Documentary Training for Norwegian Church Aid
A two week documentary training for Norwegian Church Aid (Kirkens Nødhjelp) Tanzania in 2008 led to three documentaries on the subjects of Corruption, Gender Based Violence/ HIV and Street Children.
"Mama Teko" is the name of the documentary which tells the story of a very strong woman who suffered the loss of her husband and learned how to live with the fact that he left her HIV positive.
"The Lost Glory of Uhuru Road” sheds lights on the unjust ways of the government in Tanzania. Some get good roads, some get bad roads... It’s all about location.
“Mussa” is a short documentary about a young boy and his life in the streets of Dar es Salaam before he was taken in by the Dogodogo Centre for street children.
