We are a visual media training organization that provides high quality Tanzanian based training and capacity building, integrating East African culture with a modern media format.  Get Real Training contributes to an improved visual media production infrastructure in Tanzania by building professional capacities in the field of documentary, awareness films and TV productions.

 
Within these genres, Get Real Training offers courses by local, regional and international media professionals in all levels of production such as critical and investigative journalism, directing, producing, shooting, sound recording and editing.

Get Real Training is the brainchild of Irene Dundas Nilsen-Moe, a TV/Film Editor, and Real2Reel Film Productions, a company with expertise in producing promotional and educational films. Get Real Training has been active in Tanzania since 2008.
